Speed Stuns – make things happen

Whenever you are doing a job for a new or existing client. Underpromise and over deliver. If you say it will take three days and you do it in two that looks great. If you say you will do it in two days and you do it in three it is a 50% failure on delivery timing. Most people overpromise and then under deliver.
One of my friends got call to do a piece of work for a client when he was early for a meeting. He managed to deal with the instruction straight away as he was in the area and the job was done in two hours the client thought he was fantastic. Will the client remember that of course? of course he will.
Speed stuns – do things quickly BUT promise realistic timings and deliver
