Wow Cards

Travelling back from the National Speakers Conference in Manchester (having keynoted in front of the most challenging audience in the UK) we were confronted with a delayed flight to Gatwick. We tried to get on a BA flight to Heathrow abd after much rapport building and negotiating we were told it would cost £64 each. Having thanked the servis air representative for all her help we gave her a WOW card for customer service and went to the BA lounge. After 5 minutes we were called over the tannoy and swithched to the earlier flight at no cost.
