Mind map what you are going to say
Put it on little cards – key words
Be clear on – 7 points
Have demo’s examples to give round
For nerves get some Bach rescue remedy – to spray on in loo before you go on
When preparing start at end and work back
What is objective of your talk
What is the outcome you want
How can you make it interesting for the listeners
If you were in the audience what would be your hot spots
When you are listening what makes people interested
When you are listening what makes people bored
Do more of 1 – less of 2
Are you using powerpoint if so have pictures
