People management – energy and the law of sowing and reaping

I cannot believe how some people behave. They take their own issues and download them on others. I was having lunch today in the Marks and Spencer cafe in Guildford after picking up some business by telephone. I was celebrating. The lady who served me was nearly in tears and really upset because a customer – an ex M+S employee customer had been very rude and personal to her about the queue. The cafe was very busy.

Why is it that some people have to take things out on others to get rid of their bad stuff. Particularly when that person is doing their best. Why don’t they have more empathy, more emotional intelligence to figure out – what they give out they will get back. The law of sowing and reaping – a universal law. Give out nice stuff and you get nice stuff back – not always from the same person but from elsewhere.
