Scope Creep

Working with a client in Farnham on a workshop, they kept adding extras to what we had agreed. As we had already agreed the price for the one day workshop I decided to ask them for an additional fee to cover my extra work. As a trade I offered them a CD and a pocket guide within my new fee. When consulting this is called “Scope Creep” extra work which people often don’t recover. Make sure you recover it.
