Today Luis Philipe Scolari and Tony Adams premier football managers were both sacked today. Neither had their jobs for more than 6 months. Their Power in Negotiations, the bargaining position went from amazingly high, total power to no power. Often the position you find yourself in is more powerful than you think it is – understand it, like Scolari did when Chelsea wanted him, understand it as Adams did when Redknapp left Portsmouth and use it.
