With oil at nearly $140 a barrel, how will BP manage to negotiate its way to a win win with their Russian joint venture TNK-BP. The power seems to be with the Russians as Tony Hayward BP Chairman flies to Moscow. Negotiation is about increasing your relative power. Accusations of tax avoidance, bonus payments and other criminal activities have been levied at BP staff.
