Negotiating Tactics – North Korea fires missile

Tactical issues in negotiations are always interesting. The regime in North Korea has chosen the end of the G20 summit, in which South Korea is a member to fire a missile that could if necessary reach the US.

This gives Obama the chance to say the US will put up the nuclear shield in Europe, which Russia was objecting to…

So who does this suit and what will be the next tactics. No one has mentioned the action that China might want to take here. The haggling has just started.
