Sam a friend of mine sold her house yesterday. She was going to accept the offer but after we had a chat she was persuaded to go back and say I am still looking for the asking price BECAUSE its only been on the market one week. The offer was increased by £2000 in two minutes….if you don’t ask you don’t get.
