If you don’t like Negotiating – get someone else to do it for you

I have coached the PA of a client of mine to do the negotiating for him. He is a nice passive achiever who doesn’t like conflict. As a negotiator you will have to have conflict sometimes. Why go there if you can get someone to do it for you – let me train them, see what a difference it will make.
