I'm looking at a position with a 10 thousand dollar starting range. Say 50-60 a year. This company has just hired two other supervisors at $55 per year. I feel as though I should be at $60 because I will be required to work an additional 40 days per year more than the other supervisors?? They also want me to attend classes in order to get another certification which will cost up to $9,000
